The original design is by Jobst Brandt (legendary author of The Bicycle Wheel). Manufactured briefly by Avocet (1990's) and FSA (2005), our latest version is substantially improved. A fully digital indicator delivers super accurate readings and has long (1yr continuous use) battery life. All materials and tolerances have been selected for maximum precision and long life.
The digital indicator offers SPC/RS232 output via a mini-USB port. The dedicated cable for this feature is not included and will become available during Spring 2012.
